This regular meeting of the FLT HOA Board to review and approve the 2022 Budget, is on Wednesday October 27, 2021.
The proposed budget will be sent to all Owners in advance of the meeting, by USPS or electronically where Owners have approved electronic communications.

As this is a meeting of the Home Owners Association, all Townhome Owners (only) are welcome to attend. The Agenda will be posted at the Clubhouse, and a link to a copy of the Agenda will be provided below, a few days before the meeting.
