Resident essentials
Resident Website
Vesta Property Services has managed the association since April 1, 2025. Owners and residents, including renters, register on the resident website to submit guest parking registrations and other requests.
Guest Parking
Register a guest vehicle for FLT Guest Parking through the resident website. Registrations of up to 14 days are approved automatically and no further confirmation is sent.
Gate Access
Envera manages vehicle access at the gate. Visitors are let in once a resident approves them, and residents can approve visitors in advance in the Envera app.
Trash & Recycling
The HOA has rules and advice for trash and recycling pickup, and the City of Fort Myers has its own rules and restrictions.
Pest Control
First Call Pest Control sprays outside and inside your townhome, a service included in your HOA fees.
Pets
All dogs in the community are registered through the Dog Registration and DNA program.
Hurricane Season
Owners are responsible for installing and removing hurricane shutters on their townhomes.
Selling or Leasing
Leasing follows the Rules & Regulations. No for-sale or for-rent signs are allowed on the property.

Nextdoor Forest Lake is a free website for connecting with your Forest Lake neighbors.

Buying or renting in Forest Lake
