Rules & Regulations
The FLT Rules & Regulations were last approved at the April 30, 2024 Board meeting and are on the resident website. The order of precedence of the governing documents is: Florida Statutes, Declaration, By-Laws, and the Rules and Regulations. All residents of Forest Lake are subject to these laws and rules.

Association documents
The Declaration of Covenants is the primary governing document of the subdivision. The By-Laws cover Association membership, meetings, elections, the powers and duties of the five-member Board and its officers, and record keeping. Members have the right to access the official records of the HOA under Florida Statute 720.303.
